What we collect and why

• Account details (username, password, PIN, optional recovery email): to create your account and let you sign in or recover it.
• Game data (nicknames, room activity, stats, titles, packs and boards you make): to run games and show your profile.
• Plan details (which plan you're on and its status): to unlock the features you paid for.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser info, error logs): to keep the service secure and working.
• AI topics you type: sent to an AI provider to generate words or boards.

Legal basis

We use your data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep it secure and improve it (legitimate interests), and where the law requires.

Who we share it with

• Hosting, database and AI service providers that run the service for us.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling plans, managing subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account and game data while your account is open. Game rooms are temporary. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account anytime.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and complain to your data protection authority. Email us and we'll reply within a month.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited access to protect your data.

Cookies and storage

We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your seat in a game. We don't use advertising cookies.
