Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Mason Riley ("we", "us"), who runs The Draft Board at thedraftboard.app. By using the site or continuing to use it, you agree to these terms.

The service

The Draft Board is a set of multiplayer party games played on a shared TV with phones as controllers. A free plan is available. Pro and Premium are paid monthly plans that add bigger rooms, unlimited saved packs and boards, advanced stats, AI features and cosmetic extras, as listed on the Plans page.

Who can use it

You must be of legal drinking age where you live to take part in any drinking features, and of legal age to buy a plan. Never drink and drive, and drinking is always optional: every game can be played without alcohol.

Your account

Keep your password and PIN private. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your details accurate.

Acceptable use

AI features

AI-generated words, boards and pairs may be inaccurate or unexpected. You're responsible for the topics you enter and how you use the results. We may filter or remove content and suspend accounts that misuse AI features.

Ownership

We own the software, design and branding of The Draft Board. Content you create stays yours, and you give us a limited license to store and show it so the service works (and to share it publicly if you publish it).

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for. See our Refund Policy.

Availability

We work to keep things running, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or security and fraud risks.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
